Lake Como Villa
Villa del Pescatore is a multi story Villa directly on Lake Como. You can see and hear the water from every room. It is an old fisherman's home, complete with decor to accentuate the theme. Multi levels providing privacy to other guests. You can stroll from this home directly town the walk along the banks of the lake. Behind the home is a quanit beautiful town, with other homes, romantic walkways overlooking the Lake.
Villa del Pescatore is situated in the picturesque town of Santa Maria Rezzonico, located on the west coast of Lake Como. It’s one of the Marquis of Rozzano’s favourite homes, it shines because of its peaceful position and sweetness of the surrounding countryside.
The Villa is positioned in one of most evocative parts of the country, near an antique castle, and reached by a short distance on foot. Parking the car, at about 250m from the residence, our guests will reach the entrance to the Villa via some steps*.
On the ground floor, through large windows you can enjoy a superb view of the lake, and it’s composition is of an equipped open style kitchen and an elegant dining room with direct access onto the elegant terraces.
On the next floor up, is the refined lounge, a whirlpool bath and a double bedroom with private bathroom and access to the large terrace with the view of the lake. On the top floor there is one double bedroom with a bathroom and attic with two single beds.
The residence has another covered terrace, equipped with BBQ for lunch times. From this point an independent entrance leads to a warm outhouse with double bed, TV, kitchen corner, bathroom and terrace.
Our welcome guests can have the comfort of their baggage being carried for them on arrival and when departing.
The internal furnishings of our Villa have been studied by a “ecological” architect and the furnishers are renowned internationally.
Please note, there are steep steps, for those who are in need, a second entrance is available with lower steps and can be used by those in wheel chairs.
